Becoming a member of Kappa Alpha Theta means new opportunities are available to you both on and off campus. At a school as big as Columbia and in a city as big as New York, it can be hard to figure out what club to join, magazine to write for, major track to pursue, or even how to go about applying for and landing an internship in the Big Apple. In Theta, your sisters become not only friends and confidants as you make these decisions, but also your guides, role models, and (when things get really tough) career counselors. Every member of Theta is accomplished in her own way outside of the greek community. Whether you’re interested in economics, art history, dance, acting, journalism, finance, or law, there is a sister willing and ready to show you the ropes.
