The women of Columbia Theta pride themselves not only as leading women at Columbia, but also in the professional world. Members of this chapter have held internships in the arts, sciences, business, law, finance, and media in the city and around the world. Sisters are always willing to help each other out in finding and securing career opportunities. Each semester, the Epsilon Upsilon chapter holds a range of professional programming events, such as career panels, alumni meet-and-greets, and Guardian Angels---a program in which new members are paired with older sisters with similar career interests.
